We recommend booking your event at least 3 weeks in advance. During peak season, our calendar often fills 6 weeks to 3 months ahead, so the earlier you reserve your celebration, the better chance you’ll have of securing your ideal date. Our services are designed as fully customized experiences, with projects beginning at $600. Because each event is unique, pricing is tailored to reflect the details, design, and scale of your celebration. We’d love to connect and curate a proposal just for you.
Our 50% deposit is nonrefundable, as it helps us secure your date and begin planning your special day. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so in case of a cancellation, we can hold your deposit as a credit toward a future event.

Our event planning fee is typically 15-20% of your party’s project value.
In case of inclement weather, our team will be in close contact to determine the best course of action. If road conditions are hazardous, we will offer to reschedule subject to our availability. In case of rain, we will discuss various options such as moving the decor indoors or acquiring a tent. In each circumstance, we work with our clients to determine the best course of action.
